No exotic pets. 35lbs or less.
1 dog & 1 cat allowed. Pets combined not to exceed 100lbs.
$350 non-refundable fee per pet. $40.00 per pet per month fee.
*Breed, size and weight limitations and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
