|Recommended: YesWonderful Move-In — I recently moved in to a two bedroom apartment and I can’t say enough wonderful things about my leasing agent, Nia. She was so helpful welcoming throughout the whole process She really goes above and beyond to answer any questions and help out future and current residents. Not only were my interactions with her splendid, but i also noticed her going above and beyond with other future current residents while being the only person in the office on multiple occasions. She handled it professionally, efficiently, and all with a smile She really eased all of my anxieties that come with moving to your first place and I’m just so grateful to her Thank you Nia

|Recommended: YesOffice Staff — Ms. Nia at the front desk Is really sweet. Very professional when it comes to assisting with property issues. Maintenance men are very thorough as well. Only problem I have is parking, no one seems to know how to do so lol.

|Recommended: YesHills at Kenilworth 2bed 2bath apartment — Overall, a decent place to live. We moved into a newly renovated unit and had a lot of concerns right at move in. Leaky washer, wobbly toilet, and a few others were our main concerns. The staff and maintenance did replace fix all of our issues within 2 days of our initial complaint. Other than that it’s nice, very quiet and close to downtown Towson.
